My Approach
I use a systemic, strengths-based approach that looks at your experiences within the context of your relationships and the larger systems you’re part of.
I work with individuals and couples who feel stuck in recurring patterns—whether that shows up as conflict, disconnection, or difficulty communicating. Together, we’ll slow things down to understand what’s happening beneath the surface, identify patterns, and develop new ways of relating that feel more intentional and aligned.
We’ll address both the immediate challenges you’re facing and the deeper dynamics driving them, working toward meaningful, lasting change. Change can feel difficult and uncertain, but you don’t have to navigate it alone—we’ll move forward together in a way that feels right for you.

Therapy Rooted in Real Life
I take a systemic approach, which means understanding you within the context of your relationships—whether with a partner, family, or broader community.
The patterns we experience in relationships often shape how we see ourselves and others. By bringing awareness to these patterns, therapy creates space for change—helping you communicate more clearly, navigate conflict more effectively, and build more connected, intentional relationships.
Many of my clients come in feeling stuck in the same patterns and leave with a clearer understanding of themselves and their relationships.
