You may purchase a prepaid therapy credit for a loved one. The recipient must contact the practice directly, complete the intake process, consent to services, and be clinically appropriate for care.
Purchase does not guarantee acceptance as a client or availability. Payment does not give the payer access to clinical information.
The purchaser will not receive information about whether the recipient contacts, schedules, attends, or participates in therapy. Unused credits are refundable to the purchaser according to the practice’s written policy and applicable law.
